The answer is 82% favorable. This is a good response. If a Company receives a rating below that they not only have problems externally, but probably greater ones internally.
Your employees are the ambassadors for your Company. Their attitudes toward the Company influence everyone they “touch.” The type of people you attract as new employees are affected by those who currently work for the organization. If your employees are proud of their Company, your organization will shine in the community.
However, to add extra polish involvement in the community will give your organization more recognition and re-enforce your employees’ pride in the Company. Therefore, investing in your community is a benefit to everyone in the Company. Also, don’t forget, sometimes you may have to ask the community for help. If you have been a great employer and citizen, you will profit from this investment.
